Frequently Asked Questions

Is it free? +
Yes, Sprintyx is completely free at least until 2027 — no limits on projects, tasks, or members. Paid plans won't arrive before 2027, you'll be notified in advance, and early users will get bonuses when they switch.
How does task approval work? +
Each task moves from Ready to Start → In Progress → Submit for Review → Done. Only an Admin can mark a task Done — the assignee submits it for review, and it won't close without approval.
Is there a mobile version? +
Mobile version is in development. The interface is currently tablet-friendly.
How secure is my data? +
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. JWT access tokens live 15 minutes, refresh — 30 days with rotation. Email OTP for every login.
Can I invite external contractors? +
Yes — give them the Viewer role on a specific project. They can see everything but can't edit or create anything.
